Sentinel Steel was founded on the idea that the steel industry should still be built on the values that made it strong in the first place—integrity, craftsmanship, and relationships.

Our roots run deep in ironworking. Growing up in a family of ironworkers and spending decades working in the steel industry, we learned early that success doesn’t come from chasing the highest margins—it comes from doing the job right and taking care of the people you work with.

That philosophy shaped Sentinel Steel. We built this company to be the kind of partner general contractors and owners can trust—one that values long-term relationships, clear communication, and solutions that keep projects moving forward.

Over the years, our willingness to stay creative and adaptable has expanded our capabilities well beyond a single scope. Structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings remain our foundation, but our experience across fabrication, installation, and specialty steel work allows us to tackle a wide variety of challenges.

More importantly, we believe construction is a team effort. If a customer needs something outside our scope, we either have the ability to do it ourselves or we know the right people who can. Our network and experience allow us to connect the right solutions to every project.
